Alejandra Marquez Villa concentrates her legal practice in transactional, business, and intellectual property law. She handles residential and commercial real estate transactions in the State of Florida, including title services. Also, she provides comprehensive counseling to national and international corporations engaged in a broad range of industries that already do or plan to do business in the United States or in Latin America.
Prior to founding the firm, she acted as the head of the Real Estate Department of a midsized law firm in Miami. She received her Juris Doctor Degree from St. Thomas University School of Law, Miami, in 2016, and her Master in Laws in Global Law and Technology - Concentration in Intellectual Property- from Suffolk University Law School, Boston, in 2010. She is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida and Venezuela. Ms. Villa is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.
